Section 16. Prayer Protects Man's Weakness Against The Enemies Of His Soul — Who, then, can deem himself sufficiently secure in his own resources? Hence the necessity of offering to God pure and pious prayer, that He suffer us not to be tempted above our strength, but make issue with temptation, that we may be able to bear it.
