Section 1. Q. What is the rule of faith for Christians? A. Divine Revelation, as preserved in Holy Scripture and Holy Tradition, and rightly interpreted by the Holy Orthodox Church.
Section 2. Q. What is Holy Tradition? A. Holy Tradition is that which the Church of Christ believes and practices, handed down from the Apostles through the Fathers, preserved in the consciousness of the Church and expressed in its worship, canons, and teaching.
