Section 576. Q. What is to be thought of involuntary homicide, when a man is killed accidentally and unintentionally? A. The man who is guilty of involuntary homicide can not be reckoned blameless, unless he took all proper precautions against the accident; at any rate, he needs to have his conscience cleansed according to the Canons of the Church.
